Dynamotive and IFP in Exclusive Negotiations for Commercial Development of Pyrolysis Oil Upgrading

Vancouver, Canada, Dynamotive Energy Systems Corporation announced that the Company and IFP Energies nouvelles (IFPEN) initiated exclusive negotiations for the commercial development of the Company’s proprietary pyrolysis oil upgrading process to produce second generation biofuels.

The Companies had entered into a Memorandum of Understanding in January of 2010 (extended in March 2011)  to evaluate the process at technical, economic and intellectual property level and subject to reaching satisfactory results negotiate definitive agreements for its commercial development.

The process is Patent Pending.
